This large modern apartment has been stylishly decorated in order to ensure the comfort of our guests. Located on the 4th floor it benefits from a lift and a secure entry system. It has a beautiful open-plan lounge with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern integrated appliances. There is even a balcony where you can relax, if the weather is favourable!
In the lounge you’ll find two large comfy sofas and a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. View our picture gallery to see the quality of your surroundings.
The main bedroom features a king size bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also extremely spacious with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer storage. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over. We also provide a range of complimentary toiletries to add to your comfort.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Baby high chair: 5 GBP per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- Check-in (22:00 - 24:00): 40 GBP per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Check-in (20:00 - 22:00): 30 GBP per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Travel Cot: 10 GBP per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Late check-out (12:00): 20 GBP per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
