Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Smoke. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The holder of the reservation will be responsible for maintaining the smoking ban in the room occupied by him and his companions. In the event that someone has smoked in the apartment or there are obvious signs, the holder of the reservation must pay a penalty for the amount of the full deposit deposited, authorizing the company to charge the credit / debit card provided by the customer or the paying party.
- Visits. Only and exclusively the number of people listed in the reservation is allowed to stay in the apartment and it is only and exclusively allowed to receive visits with the authorization from the establishment, this being communicated to the phone +34 675 760 881 and only between 10 and 20 hours . The holder of the reservation is responsible for the supervision of persons under 18 years of age who remain in the apartment.
- Behaviour. The client and his companions undertake to behave in the establishment according to generally accepted good customs and the general rules of good customs and public order. The client must especially:
- - Properly use the facilities and furniture of the apartment and maintain its condition.
- - Refrain from such behavior that is (or can be considered) annoying, loud, intimidating, offensive, rude or scandalizing towards other guests, neighbors and agency staff.
- - Refrain from consumption of narcotic drugs and illegal drugs.
- Likewise, the statutes and regulations of the NEIGHBORS COMMUNITY, as well as the internal system of the apartment and the building, are mandatory.
- If the client breaches any of the provisions reflected in these rules of conduct, the establishment has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and force the client to leave the establishment immediately, without the right to any refund. The client must compensate the damages caused by such behavior, authorizing the establishment to charge for said damages on the credit / debit card provided by the client or paying party.
- Bail. The Clients undertakes to deliver both the apartment as well as the furniture and equipment in the same conditions in which it is received, with the replacement and repair of any losses and deteriorations attributable to it being his responsibility. To this end, the client deposits the amount established in his reservation as a guarantee. By receiving these rules, you expressly and irrevocably accept the charges that are made against your credit card for all the services received by you and your companions and whoever is responsible for these purposes, as well as the charges for deterioration and / or misdemeanors that could occur in the apartment and that were attributable to you or to those accompanying you.
- Maintenance. In order to inspect the use and condition of the apartment and carry out any necessary repair work requested by the client. The user will allow the entry of personnel from the management company
- Pets. No type of pets are allowed in our apartment.
- Trash. It is important that the night before your departure between 9:00 p.m. and 00:00 a.m., you deposit your garbage in closed bags in the container on the nearest street.
- Instruction manuals: In the kitchen you will find the instruction manuals for all the electrical appliances and appliances in the apartment.
- Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make your stay pleasant. We remind you that it is NOT allowed to cook or grill any type of blue fish in the kitchen, such as sardines, mackerels.
- Linens and towels. If during your stay you stain the supplied towels and / or sheets with makeup, grease or other permanent products, the amount of your replacement will be deducted from the security deposit provided.
- Lost objects. When you leave the apartment, please make sure you have all your belongings with you. The deposit of the effects introduced by the user in the apartment will not be considered necessary. Consequently, the management company will not respond to the loss, theft or deterioration of those effects.
- Parties. It is not allowed to hold parties or any activity that could alter the rest of the neighbors, in case of celebrating parties or disturbing the rest of the neighbors, you will lose the security deposit provided.
- Check out. The client must leave the apartment on the day and time indicated in their reservation. In the event that the client does not vacate the apartment on the scheduled date and time, the gstora company is empowered to take over the apartment, removing any personal effects that may be in it.
- Responsibility. The client responds civilly for the damages caused by himself and by the people who use the apartment under his protection.
- Conflict resolution. For any question that may arise from the interpretation of these rules, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, waiving any other jurisdiction.
