This newly built 3/2 condo at Rio Guadalupe Condominiums is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the Guadalupe River! Third floor condo, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patio with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator. This beautiful condo comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous covered patio with comfortable seating, a propane grill, and a propane glass fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, blender, and more. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Full over Full bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. There is a Smart TV in the living room as well as free WiFi. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 8 guests total. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots and 8 wristbands. No trailers, campers or RV’s allowed. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. If you want to venture out, visit Schlitterbahn, the World’s Best Waterpark in New Braunfels (less than 15 miles away) or spend the day in Gruene, shopping, visiting the wineries or dancing the night away at the infamous Gruene Hall. Natural Bridge Caverns, Wimberly, and the San Marcos Premium Outlets are a short drive away. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis. The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away) where you can hear the likes of Josh Abbott, Aaron Watson, Kevin Fowler, Hank Williams Jr. among many other talents. Maybe your ideal vacation is all about fly fishing. Did you know that Texas Parks and Wildlife and Guadalupe River Trout Unlimited stock this area each winter with rainbow and brown trout? The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
