Featuring elegant yet rustic design throughout, all of the conveniences of home, including Wifi and TV, and two comfortable bedrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing an intimate meal. In the mornings, sip a steaming cup of coffee while admiring the beautiful scenery of the community from your private deck, play a round of golf, and unwind in the evenings with a great book while snuggled up on the plush sofa or armchair. There’s also a pampering walk-in shower, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor grill.
While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — please note this is not included in the rental price.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- - No pets unless specified. If the home is pet friendly, you will need to supply a credit card to be charged after booking.
- - Minimum age to book is 25
- - No parties or events
- - First and last name of all guests required for gate access
