"The Mojave Mesa House is a newly renovated one bedroom home in the high desert near Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown, the Integratron, Giant Rock & more. The home is on a secluded, 5 acre property within 15 minutes of town. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful desert retreat where you can relax and unwind.
• THE PROPERTY
The large property includes many Joshua Trees and guests are frequently visited by wildlife - including birds, jackrabbits, chipmunks and lizards. The house is 17 miles from the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and only a 15 min drive to town. A car is necessary to stay at this property and enjoy the surrounding areas.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve this property and check in.
- No Smoking.
- Pets are NOT allowed at this property.
- Quiet Hours are enforced from 9pm to 8am."
