"Treetops is a sweet and cozy cabin perched high up on a mountain overlooking the splendor of the Aska Adventure Area. This is a classic mountain home that is perfectly located near all of the great activities associated with this quaint spot in the North Georgia mountains.
Treetops is just a short five-minute drive to the town of Blue Ridge and all of its shops and delightful gourmet goodies. Just around the road’s bend is the Toccoa River where you can rent a tube for an adventure you’ll never forget. Feel like taking a hike? Long Mountain trail is a few short steps beyond the home’s driveway and connects to both Benton MacKaye and Aska Adventure trails, which lead to breathtaking beautiful Georgia Mountain scenery.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and check in.
- This Property does allow pets. Dogs Only! If you plan to bring your pet(s), please know there is a maximum of 2 dogs.
- No Smoking Allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Quiet hours are enforced after 8pm.
