The charming Harborview Terrace is located just a few houses away from the water in Downtown Annapolis just a quick walk to shops, restaurants, the waterfront and the Naval Academy. The newly-decorated 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths is plenty of space for families coming to visit their Midshipmen at the Naval Academy. There are multiple outdoor spaces from the covered front porch to the large open back patio with water views and of course, the gorgeous deck off the upstairs bedroom overlooking the water.
The Master Bedroom, 1.5 baths, family room, den, dining room and Eat-in Kitchen are all on the Main floor. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The dining room is large enough for 6 and the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen seats 4. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
