Villa "Maria Aucanada" is a 4 bedroomed town house, for 7 guests, in Alcanada. The house boasts panoramic sea views.
The house is set on 3 levels. Access to the house is via the top floor where you will find the comfortable lounge with flat screen Tv, and a fully equipped Kitchen. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms, and on the lower floor there is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
This bright and airy house is tastefully decorated in light colours. There is a wonderful terrace, with a portable barbeque with table and chairs for outside dining and comfortable furniture for watching the sunset over the bay.
There is a private pool at the back of the house.
The villa is located in a small urbanisation, yet is only a short walk from the resort centre and a 10-minute drive to the historic old town of Alcudia or the sandy beaches and restaurants of Puerto Alcudia.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
