-The shared building amenities may be closed for cleaning or maintenance without prior notice. Property Manager has no control over these and will not issue any refunds/ entertain cancellations for the said reason.
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guests will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (scheduled to be communicated by Property Manager) Guest can request Property Manager to roll out the bins for $30. DO NOT OVERFILL the bins as they will not be collected & would have to be disposed differently which will incur costs.
-Mailbox use is unavailable
-Management is not able to receive packages on behalf of tenants
-OFFICE Hours: 9AM - 6PM Weekdays
-Emergency Line for lockouts, flooding, power outage is available after hours + weekends
-Mid-stay cleanings must be scheduled for stays 60 days and above. This is a complimentary clean but is vital for us to ensure the maintenance of our property.
CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
-Conserve energy & turn off AC & lights upon checkout
-Ensure the thermostat is set to the following temperature: 67F/19.5C in the winter and 74F/23C in the summer
-Wash & dry used dishware, utensils & cookware
-Please take out the trash to the designated garbage disposal upon checking out
-Lock the door, windows and any possible point of entry before leaving
-Garbage Disposal for Homes: Guest will be responsible for rolling out the bin before the garbage day (schedule to be communicated by Property Manager)
-Please let us know if you plan on departing before the 11:00 am checkout time as we have a team standing by to clean the apartment after your departure
