The Homeplace is a cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The townhome is located close to the 295 bypass and about 10 minutes from downtown Hay Street. This fully furnished townhome includes 2 queen-sized beds, a flat-screen Smart TV, full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 4. High-Speed Internet is included. This unit is one of 4 attached units in a quadruplex building. Each unit has its own separate entrance, two dedicated parking spots, and NO interior spaces are shared. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

*The Space*
This cozy, one-story townhome is part of a quadruplex. It features a small living room and kitchen with eat-in dining; step through a back door in the kitchen out to a spacious, but private deck shaded by many pine trees and seating. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances including washer and dryer units. The primary features a queen size beds, huge closet for your storage needs and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Both bathrooms are staged with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and one set of fresh linens per guest.
*Other Things to Note*
NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

1. Make sure all garbage is placed in the appropriate exterior receptacle. Recyclables should not be bagged.
2. Please place all used towels in the washing machine and begin cycle using hot water and provided detergent.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
*Guest Access*
Guests have complete and exclusive access to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. There is a small, private patio area, and this property is Pet Friendly! The complex offers plenty of parking, in the parking lot in front of the house and two spaces one out front and one on the left. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep pets leashed when outdoors.
*The Neighborhood*
This townhome’s location is all about efficiency! Located off North Ramsey Street among many shops and restaurants, if you have business on Ft. Bragg, you can hop on the 295 bypasses and reach three different access points in minutes and if you are here for pleasure, you can reach The Historic Downtown area in about 10 minutes. This neighborhood is near a larger, multistory apartment complex. Methodist University is within walking distance and many students walk to campus.
*Getting Around*
Fayetteville is not especially pedestrian-friendly, and getting around by car is best. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are typically available.

*Interaction with Guests*
This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We are available from 10AM-8PM. We’re only a message away!
Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
