Colonia de Sant Pere is part of the municipality of Artà and located in the North Eastern part of the island, at the long Alcúdia Bay. The lush villa "Altavista" is located above the small bathing resort offering a fantastic view of the coastal area before it. The small marina as well as the sandy beach of the town can be reached by foot. In Colonia de Sant Pere, you will find a pretty boardwalk with welcoming restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, and small shops. This is the ideal starting point for walkers, who can continue along the sandy beach for many kilometres going one way. Going the other way, you can follow the trails of the old smugglers. There are good walking trails to the fortified towers and into the adjacent mountains.

The villa is surrounded by a huge, partially wild and partially lovingly designed area. The combination of the red house, green environment, and radiating blue sky is simply marvellous....
