This exclusive apartment located in the residential area of Odonnell has capacity for 6 people. It has two rooms, both with a double bed. It also has a double sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower. Pets are allowed and the service fee would be 30 euros. It has Wi-Fi, heating by electric radiators, television. The kitchen is American style and is fully equipped.

We like to personally welcome our clients on arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non-smoking policy for all properties and pets are permitted upon request.
We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
