This lovely apartment of 55m2 is in the plenty Center of Madrid. Very close you can find the Cibeles Fountain and the City Hall. Also, you can get easy access to Gran Via or Paseo del Prado. It has easy access to the principal attractions of the city; Sevilla subway is the closest or Banco de España. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a 4 people capacity. The building has elevator. The bathroom is equipped with shower.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utils, coffeemaker, toaster.

We like to personally welcome our clients on arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non-smoking policy for all properties.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
