This beautiful deluxe villa awards you all of that and more with a private pool and a sublime skyline view, located on a modern world-wonder; the Palm Jumeirah. Curate your own schedule as you wind-down at home or head out and turn it up; this luxury holiday villa shares the neighbourhood with a brand new mall; the Atlantis Hotel and several entertainment gateways with dining & retail.
The Space
Set apart from the other villas on the Fronde, this property has been thoughtfully designed to maximise on space and luxury. You will enjoy two separate lounge areas, both with sofas and other seating, a TV and lamp lighting. Guests may access the garden or private pool from the opened living space. There is a small breakfast table to seat four beside the modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay. The main dining area is furnished with a table to seat eight comfortably, buffet units and modern mural art.
Master Bedroom
The master suite has its very own privatised shaded terrace as well as all the luxury inside containing a king-size bed, TV viewing area featuring a sofa and large flat-screen TV. The walk-in-wardrobe has ample space for all of your holiday essentials and leads to the master en suite, with fitted Jacuzzi tub, large sink area and shower unit.
Other bedrooms
The accompanying other five large bedrooms present varied options including two rooms furnished with king-size beds and a further three bedrooms with queen-sized beds. All rooms have premium bedding and a range of furnishings with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy every part of this villa’s bountiful luxury such as its private pool, patio, and garden that leads on to the beach as well as an outdoor separate bathroom. As part of one of Dubai’s most exemplary developments, The Palm Jumeirah, this villa has supermarkets that deliver, beauty parlours close by, barber salons and even a tailor.
Interaction with Guests
Property Manager properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we’re always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. Other Things to Note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
The Neighborhood
Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ‘Atlantis the Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium-like no other.
In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxies are a-plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
