This 4 bedroom villa can host up to 8 persons (An extra adult can be accommodated upon request on a camp bed or a baby cot can be provided for an infant). The newly renovated villa is fully furnished and fully air-conditioned! The property is wheelchair accessible as there is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upon entering the villa gives you a surreal feeling of holiday and relaxation. The crystal clear sky and the serene surroundings of nature itself, provide you with all the ingredients to make your holiday an unforgettable one. This combination is your guarantee to a luxurious summer holiday. Just like the inside of the villa the patio area is fully equipped with modern furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas providing you an oasis-escape during the hot mid-day hours in the height of the summer months. On the ground floor, the living room offers a comfortable sofa set of 3, large flat screen and the large glass doors open to the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped to a five star rating and it is elegantly colored with a silvery-white finish. Indulge yourself in cooking a royal meal and dine al fresco in the cooler summer nights. The villa features 4 spacious inviting bedrooms, first there is a ground floor bedroom offering the comfort of a double bed. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed. The family bathroom is on the upper floor and there is a second bathroom with a shower enclosure and WC on the ground floor. Villa s located in a quiet area of Ayia Thekla, a ten minutes’walk from Potamos Fishing Shelder and 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. Ayia Thekla Beach and Makronissos Beach and the famous Nissi Beach, all with fine white sand and crystal clear blue waters are about 5 minutes’ drive from the villa. Ayia Napa center is just 10 minutes’ drive offering a plethora of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, clubs, the famous Hard Rock Cafe an impressive Luna Park for children of all ages pharmacies, supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic. Closer to the villa there are many amenities including bus stop,24-hours Kiosks, mini-markets, fruit markets ,bakeries and all amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday. Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
