This home is a beautifully designed open floor plan. Right away you will feel relaxed in the newly updated bedrooms. Gorgeous pine planked ceilings, and beautiful new floors. The large open kitchen is great for entertaining your family and friends.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over queen bed. The third bedroom also has a twin over queen bed. The living room has 1 twin sleeper for a young child. Sleeps 8. No pets allowed at this property.
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Follow The Sun VW22 provides 5 paved parking spaces, 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 5 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your 5 spaces.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
