Beachy Keen can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably as it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a bonus room with extra sleeping accommodations and a bathroom downstairs. The open kitchen, living and dining area make the perfect place to gather with friends and family to visit, watch TV, play games or even whip up your favorite meal. The master bedroom suite offers a plush king size bed to ensure a good nights rest, has incredible views of the water and its own private balcony! The two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed with a set of full over full bunks. Lounge out on the back deck where you can feel the gulf breeze, hear the waves come ashore and stargaze at night. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
