It offers calm and tranquility with a panoramic view and at the same time easy access on the one hand to the beach and on the other to the town with its lively activities of bars, restaurants and shops.
The villa of a Mykonos traditional architecture, with a surface of 125 square meters is built on three levels. The first level consists of the spacious living room and the fully equipped kitchen. At the same level there is a large veranda with a breathtaking sea view, with a BBQ and kitchenette, pergolas, outside dining, sofas and armchairs.
A bedroom with two single beds is on the upper level. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms are located at the lower level. From this level guests have access to the yard and the garden.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has WiFi Internet. All linen are provided and there is cleaning every 2 days. Private parking is provided.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
