This cosy accommodation is located on the hills surrounding Bardolino, immersed in the vineyards and paths of the "Bardolino Wine Road".
The Residence is reached by travelling about 400 m inside the driveway gate, which is the first access to the Residence, made up of several small groups of apartments.
Once you reach the highest area of the residence, you will find our House with parking in the external access area.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a dining table and a living area with two sofas and satellite television, and a small well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto the terrace and the surrounding outdoor garden.
From the terrace and the garden you can enjoy a spectacular lake view that you can enjoy during outdoor lunches or dinners or relaxing on the sun loungers.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double beds and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
The Residence’s swimming pool, shared with other guests, is located about 300 m from the house and our apartment has two sunbeds always available in the large green space surrounding the pool.
From this area you can enjoy all the pleasant activities that can be carried out on Lake Garda throughout the year, such as water sports like windsurfing and sailing, or panoramic excursions on Monte Baldo, cycling along scenic routes, and cultural visits to the medieval villages of Sirmione and Malcesine.
You can also enjoy moments of relaxation at the famous ancient Thermal Baths of Sirmione or at the nearby Thermal Baths of Colà, with their characteristic lake, or spend an entertaining day at the Parks such as Gardaland or Caneva Aquapark.
The beautiful Verona is only 25 km away and Venice about 150 km.
