Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * Check-In from 14:00h and Check-Out until 10:00h
- * The amount of R$ 800.00 is charged for the deposit not included in the daily rate to be paid on the day of entry by transfer or PIX
- * Cleaning fee R$300.00
- * Energy is accounted for and charged on the day of check-out at the amount of R$1.10 per KhW used
- *Gas and water are included
- * Sheets and towels are provided according to the number of guests informed on the day of arrival and there are no changes during the stay
- * 10 parking spaces
- * R$25 is charged per day and per extra person, accepting up to 10 more people being the accommodation by the guests
- *The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean linen. Upon departure, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
- * Guests outside the authorization list will not be allowed;
- *The property key will only be delivered to the holder of the reservation upon delivery of the contract signed by the holder and presentation of the identification document with photo;
- *Proof of payment of the deposit must be presented to the support team before entering the property;
- Note: R$ 200 will be the fine applied or withheld from the security deposit if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
- At checkout:
- Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to avoid the appearance of insects;
- Dishes: all dishes must be washed;
- Air conditioning: check if the air conditioners have been turned off;
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 800 BRL
