A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located a few blocks from the Plaza de España, near the Old Town and the port of Barcelona. The apartment is located very close to the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Las Arenas shopping centre is located a few metres from the apartment where you will find more than 100 shops, a cinema and many dining options.
It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi.
The building is completely refurbished in a modern style, while at the same time still maintaining the traditional Catalan vaulted ceilings.
The dining room has a sofa bed for an additional guest, a flat screen TV, a dining table with chairs and access to a small balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
Towels and bedding are provided for the stay.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
