The Home
The Petrarca is a brilliantly restored first floor Venetian style apartment conveniently located in the authentic Castello District.
It is found about 10 minutes on foot from St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, about 3 minutes on foot from the Vaporetto stop, with various groceries and supermarkets in the surroundings.
Castello is less touristy and more authentic than other districts, in the last few years always more requested by art collectors, artists, gallerists and architects because of its proximity to the Biennale main exhibition sites.
The Petrarca features a perfectly equipped kitchen with a large dining table, two nice bathrooms (with bathtub and shower), a large double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a good size second bedroom with 2 single beds, a compact living room (TV room) with a brand-new double sofa-bed and a spacious entrance room found in the centre of the apartment...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
