The villa "La Mari" built in traditional quarry stone but still very modern, is a particularly family-friendly house, not only because of its size and facilities but also because of its favourable year-round seasonal rates. Surrounded by numerous trees, the two-storeyed villa is situated on a beautiful estate in the most beautiful, untouched, secluded location. The beautiful view over the gentle hills, which characterise the eastern landscape of the island, can be enjoyed from numerous places around the villa: 12 outdoor seating areas, plus an equal number of loungers offer sufficient opportunities for our guests.
The modern, undressed stone villa has a beautifully designed outdoor area: the spacious pool with the round flat stairway entrance is only a few steps below the house and is surrounded by a splendid sun terrace. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
