Elegant and modern, yet completely comfortable and inviting, Sophia Sundance places you front-and-center to all of the Mountain Village, Colorado magic, while keeping you high above all the hustle-bustle and able to find plenty of peace and quiet too.
In the sunny and open GREAT ROOM, there’s a graceful and stylish LIVING ROOM, complete with a plush gray velvet sofa, matching armchairs, a marble coffee table, and a cozy, crackling fireplace. A large HDTV is perfect for a movie night or watching the game, but you might find it difficult to tear yourself away from the magnificent mountain views that can be viewed through the glass doors. These doors lead outside to a PRIVATE TERRACE with a gas grill and alfresco dining area— perfect for sipping your morning mug of coffee while gazing out at the mountain peaks.
A formal DINING AREA has a circular table with seating for five and leads into the open KITCHEN. Here you’ll find an efficient U-shaped space with slate gray quartz countertops and double-stacked wood cabinets. The full suite of premier appliances includes a microwave, dishwasher, gas range, and Viking refrigerator.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a kitty-cornered stone fireplace faces the luxurious king-size bed. Two bedside tables hold crystal lamps, and large windows allow for breathtaking views. In the spa-like ENSUITE BATHROOM, two separate marble vanities flank the soaking tub. There’s also a step-in steam shower and a water closet. The SECOND BEDROOM also has a king-size bed, and there’s another FULL BATHROOM as well.
