Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Dear Guest, Please be informed about the following unit policies:
- ✅ The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
- ✅All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
- ✅ Check-in is after 3PM until 8PM, check-out is before 11AM. Please make special arrangements 24 hours prior to your check-in date to check in after 8:00 pm.
- ✅ Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
- ✅ The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
- ✅ According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver’s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information.
- * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and noise detector. (no cameras inside the unit). The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
- ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, we have s a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call
