This home is built on an oceanfront, elevated sandy ridge in Cayman Kai. Spanning over 5,500 square feet of vaulted living space and an open design, this home can sleep 11 guests across 6 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bath.
Upon entering the great room there is an immediate "wow factor" as your eyes take in the ocean views through a wall of glass doors and windows looking out over the pool deck. The open living area has a cathedral ceiling accentuating the home’s size and grandeur. A mezzanine loft with a glass railing serves as a media room and has an oceanfront windowed dormer with outstanding ocean views.
A full-width, oceanfront shaded veranda overlooks a 38-foot private pool with steps leading down to your own sandy beach. The veranda is furnished with plush sectional seating and an outdoor dining area.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
