The Villa "Victoria Musical" is in a great setting, it is just a 15minute walk to the amenities of Puerto Pollensa, yet is a private villa with gated entrance and enclosed with hedging, with wonderful views of the nearby mountains. The Villa "Victoria Musical" is beautifully cared for by the Villa owners, there is a provided pool and large lawned area. Overlooking the garden is a conservatory with a dining table, this leads into a fresh, bright, lounge area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
Adjacent is the kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Also on the ground floor is a twin-bedded room with an ensuite bedroom. From the lounge area, the staircase leads to the library/music room, here you will find bookshelves, piano, and comfortable seating. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
