The Showstopper is an incredible place to stay while in Columbus! From the moment you walk in, your group will swoon over the open spaces, and high-end finishes this home has to offer. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 5 beds, and sleeps up to 10 people. The open first floor allows for your group to gather in the kitchen, living room, and dinning room together, and enjoy some quality time together in an beautiful surrounding. Not to mention a central location, close to OSU and Downtown!

This Showstopper of a house has been recently renovated to be a bright, airy, oasis for family’s and groups to use as a home base while in Columbus. Our space has an open floor plan on the first floor with tall ceilings. Your group will love sharing a meal together in the high-end kitchen/dinning area. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
