Our condo is a 2 bedroom/1 bath two story townhouse located on a beautiful cobblestone street in the historic German Village/Brewery District. The condo has been updated with new furnishings, 3 memory foam queen beds, and a air mattress downstairs. High Street, German Village, and Downtown restaurants/bars are all a quick walk/Uber from of our condo.

Location, location, location! We are located near the best Columbus has to offer. This is an ideal condo for couples, families, or groups of friends! We love this area & layout so much! Our condo has been updated with new mattresses and furniture throughout the place. The house has 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, all located on the second floor. On the first floor, we have a pull-out couch, kitchen table w/ 4 chairs, and a large TV w/ cable. Strong WIFI is available throughout the house. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed.
