Comfy chairs and cloud-white sofas seat nine, and a 50” wall-mounted TV is perfect for group movie nights! A ping-pong table provides hours of group fun in the downstairs game room. Steps away, a second living area features cushioned sofas and a 36” wall-mounted TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen gleams with stainless steel appliances, and there’s room for three to chat at the breakfast bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at a large wooden dining table with eight wicker chairs. BEDROOMS & BATHS The house sleeps up to 12 guests between the five bedrooms. On the second floor, a master bedroom boasts a plush king bed, 36’ flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the entry level, a snug second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nearby, a third guest room has a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a large walk-in closet, and 32’ flat-screen TV. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. The fourth bedroom comes with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. In the tastefully appointed fifth guest room, there’s a king bed, 32” wall-mounted TV, and a chic en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. An entry-level guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. There’s parking space for four in the driveway and one in the garage, and additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There’s plenty of chairs as well as a children’s picnic table - a great space to gather for casual outdoor dining. A separate patio underneath the home has plenty of seating and leads to a deck area with a boat lift. THE LOCATION This canal-side home offers a wonderfully tranquil setting just minutes from restaurants, beaches, fishing, and historic sights. Drive 2.8 miles to lounge on the shores of Rockport Beach. Feel like a day on the gulf? Arrange fishing trips at Fly Fish Rockport (1.1 mile away). The Texas Maritime Museum (2.6 miles away) will take through the nautical history of the Lone Star State with a range of exhibits dedicated to everything from oil drilling to pirates. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
