Kick back with a cold beverage on the adjacent covered balcony. The third-floor loft offers board games and a sitting area with a TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the upscale kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets, including a Keurig machine. When it’s time to eat, perch at the large kitchen bar or gather at the dining table. Comfort awaits in the primary suite with a private covered balcony. The en suite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The first-floor guest suite has an en suite bathroom that is also accessible via the foyer. The loft holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds, two daybeds, and a queen sofa bed. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination and double vanity. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. 2 dog(s), weighing 40lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
