Other resort amenities include a links-style golf course, on-site restaurants, and concierge services. LIVING AREA Kick back on a sleeper sectional in the main living area and stream movies on the smart TV. The second living area is outfitted with a love seat, two armchairs, and a smart TV. A built-in bunk bed provides extra sleeping space. KITCHEN & DINING Quartz countertops offer plenty of prep space in the kitchen, and stainless steel appliances deliver upscale utility. The kitchen bar seats five. Share festive vacation meals around the table for eight in the dining area. BED & BATH This three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the main living area, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second living area. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony with four Adirondack chairs. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second suite features a king-size bed, a Keurig coffee maker, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides additional convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Covered balconies at the front and back of the second floor provide comfortable shade as well as lovely views of the community and the dunes. Incredible Palmilla amenities include two elegant resort-style pools (unheated and open year-round). You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
