LIVING AREAS The welcoming living room is decorated in a relaxed tropical style with beautiful artwork that reflects the coastal lifestyle. Unwind on the queen sofa bed and armchairs while watching a film on the 65” TV. Or gather around the coffee table for a game night. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen, well-equipped with all the gadgets you might need. THE LOCATION Take a scenic 30-minute drive and check out Padre Island National Seashore for outdoor activities, camping, and central flyway birding along a 70-mile-long preserved barrier island. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
