The living room has plenty of comfortable plush seating to enjoy the stunning view of the emerald green Destin water. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to a large balcony with raised seating so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the view. Near the living room is the dining area that can accommodate 6. The kitchen is just steps away and has all full sized appliances and washer/dryer. The spacious granite counter tops allow you to have plenty of space to whip up a feast for 6 or a quick bite before heading to the complex pool. All the cookware, utensils, and dishes are already provided so you just have to pack the food.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
