The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, canal views, and a flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin-size trundle, a private balcony, and a flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The east-facing, canal-view balcony provides morning sun and afternoon shade. Lounge in comfort while cooking steaks or veggies on the gas grill.

THE LOCATION
Located on a canal just off the Causeway, this home presents wonderful access to both the beach and the bay. A public boat ramp is 1.5 miles away, or about five minutes by boat. Enjoy having a wide variety of shops and restaurants within a quick drive.
For a day of fun, make a visit to Waves Resort. To discover more beauty of the region, head to Mustang Island State Park or Padre Island National Seashore.
Boat docks are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
