NOTICE: Please be advised there is a Seawall Restoration project ongoing at Paradise Beach Club that is expected to last until early February 2022. During this time there will be construction noise throughout the day and materials & equipment stored on site. The pool and beach access are expected to remain open throughout the project. All rates and prices during this time have already been reduced to reflect this inconvenience and therefore no additional refunds will be provided.

This stunning, ocean view, two story unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. Please note there are stairs in the unit. This unit offers remarkable views of the ocean from your second floor private patio and the upstairs master bedroom. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a twin and double bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa if required. This unit is perfect for putting the kids to bed upstairs and retreating to the main level of the condo to enjoy the rest of the evening or sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.
The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a pull-out sofa if required. The unit has two fully remodelled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is also free wireless internet available.
Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.
