Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 3. Check-in after 14:00 and Check-out until 10:00. Outside these hours, check conditions with our team.

- PEOPLE CAPACITY
- Maximum capacity is 05 people. Surpluses are not allowed under any circumstances.
- PARTIES PROHIBITED
- As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the removal of the property and consider breach of contract/conduct without return the amount paid;
- WARRANTY FEES AND DEPOSIT
- * Security Deposit - Breakdowns/Breaks of Rules - R$0.00
- - Reversal Security deposit, if any, is up to 72 hours after check-out.
- * Cleaning Fee - R$ 90.00
- - The fee is charged for delivering the property clean, organized and washed trousseau (bed and bath). Upon departure, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.

- CHECK-IN GUIDELINES
- The host named Pedro or his team of caretakers who reside in the condominium are responsible for reading the energy and handing over the keys. Any difficulty, doubt or problem during the stay can be activated. And even so, our support is at your disposal.
- *GARAGE SPACE
- Property has 01 (one) parking space.
- *DOORMANSHIP/ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM
- The concierge is 24H. Our team sends the necessary information to the concierge. Thus, it is necessary to present the identity to release access.
- Wear an identification wristband that is provided by the resort.
- If necessary, it is done by the condominium.
- CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES
- 1. Turn off lights, TVs and air conditioners. No need to turn off the fridge.
- 2. Remove garbage from the house (kitchen, bathroom). Place your garbage in the hallway in front of the entrance to the property, in a door next to the elevator.
- 3. Wash the dishes (no need to dry and/or store)
- 4. If you have wet clothes, leave them spread out.
- 5. If the check-out is not accompanied by our team, the keys must be left inside the unit.
- NOTE: A fine or withheld from the security deposit will be applied if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
