Located in an ideal location! This charming beach cottage is located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. All it takes is to look outside your window to be reminded that you�re on vacation in paradise! Our charming and colorful gulf front beach house is equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an additional 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. The cottage is located within the courtyard near the main house. (The cottage is an annex with 2 bedrooms and shared bath and has no living room nor kitchen facilities) Both the cottage and the home sleep a total of 12 guests. With a quaint Florida d�cor throughout the layout is perfect! We have the main house which offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Along with different living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and best of all the beach! The main home offers a small living space which has 2 twin captain’s beds. First bedroom offers a King size bed, second bedroom offers 2 twin beds. These two bedroom share a hallway bathroom that features a shower. Third bedroom has a King size bed. There is a second hallway bathroom that features a shower. The cottage has a Queen size bed in the fourth bedroom and a Queen size bed in the fifth bedroom, these two share a hallway bathroom that offers a tub/shower combination. The main house has 3 living spaces. As you enter the house you will see the first living space which has the 2 twin captain’s beds with a tv. The kitchen comes next and it has everything you need to cook at home. The main living area has comfortable seating and a tv. The large screened in porch has been enclosed and this sun room faces the beach. The sun room allows you the luxury of gazing each day at beach front views and captivating sunsets. Right outside the sun room you can Walk out to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see! The dining area seats 6 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests. There is another table by the sun room that seats an additional 4 guests. This updated 1937 beach house has high ceilings, central AC and ceiling fans throughout. This is a charmingly decorated with vintage rattan, retro fabrics and beach themed items � all of this provides the warmth and feel of a true beach cottage. The back area is wonderful, it offers lounge chairs, outdoor seating, a bbq grill and plenty of seating. Guests love that we are within easy walking distance of over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops and much more. Note: This property allows 2 large vehicles or 3 small cars in the driveway only. Pet may be considered, if approved a $135 fee + tax will apply. Small and intimate events will be allowed with special arrangements and an event fee, please inquire for more information.
