Beautiful 5 bed/3.5 bath fully stocked property is conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16 and a very short drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes from downtown St. George. Close to National Parks and State Parks that will leave a lasting impression on you and your group. Easy access and right in the middle of beautiful color land southern Utah. The neighboring home is identical and can also be rented for an extra large group - ZionsGate I In this property, we have implemented our signature clean.
This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. It is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, small appliances including coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home but better! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high quality luxury furniture and linens.
The complex has two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs. They are a 5 minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that can be rented to groups.
The home has a small back yard equipped with a Natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating.
Front Door has keyless entry. You will be provided with a 4 digit code upon confirmation. After code is entered the light will flash green. Turn deadbolt to the left to unlock door.
There is a garage door remote for easy in and out access during your stay. Clubhouse Key fob will allow access to the Clubhouse containing exercise room, ping pong room, foosball table, 2 pools, 2 spas & putting green.
We have an amazing on site manager - She is available to answer any questions over the phone and can be at the location anytime to assist if needed. You will be provided her cell number.
Coral Ridge is located at the edge of Washington city Utah.
It overlooks Zion NP to the East, Pine Valley Mountain to the North, Sand Hollow Reservoir & Quail Creek to the Southeast, and St. George to the West. Snow Canyon’s great Tuacahn theater and trails are just a few exits away making Coral Ridge conveniently placed so you can enjoy it all. This community is nestled near the Coral Canyon Golf course hidden from the hustle and bustle of the world so guests can enjoy the tranquility of Southern Utah.
The community spares no expense on maintaining its beautiful grounds and keeping pools heated year round.
