Brook Road Cabin is part of the historic Brook Road Inn. A beautiful, rustic, craftsman style cabin just 8 minutes from Mount Sunapee Resort. We offer two bedrooms a living room and full size kitchen and dining area. During the warm season enjoy the deck, equipped with grill. Don’t feel like cooking? Many local restaurants just minutes from the cabin. Goshen, NH has lots to do; any season, you will find your recreation here. Walking distance to Rand Pond for great swimming and fishing.
You will have the entire cabin, a fully furnished kitchen, deck with grill. If you use the kitchen and amenities you will be expected to clean up and wash dishes used, failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee’s. Due to local constraints Wi-Fi is provided by Verizon so it is affected by fluctuations in signal strength. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • No pets
- • No food in the bedrooms
- • No guests staying beyond booking number
- • Quiet hours from 9pm to 7am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends
- • Guests will be charged for all items missing from the townhouse after checkout
- • Garage and basement are off limits to guests
- • No smoking, violators will be charged a fee of $250.00
- • No drugs on the premises
- • No intoxicated guests, this is a family business
