Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property.
- No more than 4 cars at the house at any time.
- Must be 25 years of age or older, to rent. Renting person must stay in the home, throughout the reservation.
- Due to City Ordinance:
- Noise and occupancy levels are monitored by noise aware devices inside and out. If noise level goes above normal guest interaction to the point of neighbor disturbance, 24/7 surveillance team will respond. Occupancy cannot exceed the number of guests that the home sleeps, at any time.
- A party and/or a neighborhood disturbance may result in guests having to leave the property without a refund, and being subject to city fines of up to $5,000.
- All reservations will go through a verification process. ID's will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
- No smoking of any kind permitted on property.
- No pets
- Be sure to turn off backyard lights before going to bed
