Just a few steps away from the front door of the house, the award-winning beach offers gentle waves and white powder sand. Enjoy sunsets from the living room or upper deck. Everything you need is within walking distance. Small shops, galleries, groceries, fishing pier and great restaurants. This impeccable beach house is well appointed with local fine crafts and art. There are water views from every bedroom. Living areas with vaulted ceilings. Four balconies accessed from bedrooms, loft, dining and living areas. -- Huge private master bedroom features a new King size bed and incredible views of sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay -- Second and third downstairs bedrooms have pillow-top queen beds. -- Fabulous rainfall shower in the master bedroom, with two all new additional full bathrooms on the main level. -- Loft sleep sofa looking out towards the Gulf of Mexico. The large, completely renovated kitchen features new appliances with everything you need. The wraparound deck includes a table with seating for 6-8 and has partial views of the Gulf and Bay. Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas are provided. There are four bicycles awaiting you to explore the back alleys and beach front mansions of Pass-A-Grille. A short walk to hunt for shells, visit the local shops, cafes and museum or take a half-day fishing trip with Capt. Randy on the Miss Pass-a-Grille or ride the ferry to Shell Key, shop the local galleries and swim in warm waters so clear you can count your toes. Amenities include: full size washer and dryer, all linens and towels (beach and bath), coffee maker, covered patio, three tables and eight additional chairs. High Speed WiFi, cable and a small grill are provided. Parking for two cars.
