This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has been beautifully updated, offering a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, views of the ocean from the open living and dining area, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the patio - one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom feature a king bed, an open closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The queen guest bedroom has a private bathroom as well, with a tub/shower combination, and the third bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
