Latitudes is the perfect house for 2-6 people. It is only two doors down from the boardwalk to the beach. Simply walk down the stairs, pass 2 houses and cross the street and you are on the boardwalk. Latitudes offers more square footage and decks than most of the coach houses in Beachwalk. One deck is right off the kitchen, it is very private (built right into the sand dune) a perfect place to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink while you grill in the evening. The top deck off of the 3rd floor is very large and has some of the best views as it is one of the highest decks in Beachwalk! Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- PARKING
- 1 parking spaces; along the street in front of the stairs heading up to Latitudes. Please note that when the main house is rented separately the parking is shared.
- HOUSE RULES
- -No smoking or vaping indoors
- -No pets
- -No parties
- -No fireworks
- -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.
