Enjoy this beach house known as “Sundancer” with a spectacular view of the lake from the rooftop deck. Its great location is just steps away from what many claim is Lake Michigan’s most beautiful beach, Sheridan Beach. The seven bedrooms can sleep 16 and the two sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses provide a total of 20 sleeping spaces. The five full bathrooms allows everyone to get ready without a wait. Unique to the area is off street parking for up to 10 vehicles.
The main level has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops that any chef is sure to enjoy. The dining room offers two large tables with seating for 20 so your entire family can dine together. The living room provides space for relaxing, reading or watching TV. If you prefer the outdoors, unwind on a rocking chair on the front porch or relax on the deck off the dining room to enjoy a beverage, snack or just do nothing...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Parking for 10 cars in the parking along the back side of the house. Please note this is a shared driveway with the neighbor, please do not park on their side. Street parking is public; however, you have room for 2 cars in front of the house.
