But now Moondance will be better than ever, as it will be undergoing a renovation in Fall 2025 that will increase the bathroom count from 3 to 5, 4 of which will be brand new. All four bedrooms on the second floor will be master suites—no sharing a bathroom with anyone. You will want to grab this rental while you can before Summer 2026 is fully booked. Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a huge living room, and a finished basement/play space. Moondance is not to be missed. And the location is about as good as it gets, located in central Beachwalk, steps to the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and Central Park; the part of Beachwalk that has the largest lots and most space. Moondance is the perfect setting for memorable family gatherings or getaways with friends. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The expansive great room offers comfortable seating for everyone, while multiple porches and decks provide plenty of space to gather or relax in privacy. Enjoy indoor dining for 16, outdoor dining for another 16, plus a special kids’ table for eight. The home’s six bedrooms, five of which will be en-suite, including both ground-floor and second-floor master bedrooms, comfortably accommodate couples, children, grandparents, and guests. All of this is just a short walk from one of Lake Michigan’s most beautiful beaches. Additional Information: Peak season rentals are Friday to Friday (mid-June to mid-August) with a 7-night minimum. Beachwalk Homeowners Association charges a $15 per person wristband fee (ages 4 and up) and $5 per vehicle parking pass for resort amenities (mid-May through September).
