Accommodation Details: This inviting home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Main Level: Bedroom 1: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and double vanity) Powder room Laundry facilities Second Level: Bedroom 2: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) Bedroom 3: King-size bed with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom Bedroom 4: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds Jack and Jill full bathroom shared between Bedrooms 3 and 4 Living Spaces: The bright and airy living spaces at Sandy Shores are designed with gatherings in mind. Location: Centrally located within Beachwalk Resort, Sandy Shores is just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the resort amenities and the shores of Lake Michigan. Sandy Shores rents with a 7-night minimum, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays during peak season (mid-June to mid-August). Parking: Designated parking is available for two vehicles along the street in front of the house and two behind the house in marked spots. Nearby overflow parking is also available. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the following house rules are strictly enforced: No smoking or vaping indoors No pets allowed No parties or large gatherings No prom parties No bachelor/bachelorette parties No fireworks The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and present for the duration of the stay.
