The home, the furniture, and the decor are all brand new in this wonderful property. Sitting just ten miles west of downtown Portland in the heart of Beaverton you have easy access to the entire region.
One of the first things you notice will be the bright open floor plan with tons of amenities. There are a number of games including ping pong for the entire group to enjoy. You will find a BBQ in the backyard and multiple large LED 4K TV’s available for streaming and gaming. A main level bedroom and full bath is perfect for situation where some may find stairs a challenge. The gorgeous bright kitchen has all upgraded finishes and is a wonderful and open space to entertain and connect with everyone.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
