Sitting perched on the hillside this single level home is perfect for small families, business travelers, or two couples exploring Portland and the surrounding region. You will find the bedrooms meticulously appointed with quality and comfort. The open dining and living floor plan opens up on to the enormous deck with sweeping river, region, and mountain views beyond. There are also two full bathrooms to facilitate comfort for each groups stay. This neighborhood tucked in King’s Heights sits next to Forest Park and the 80+ miles of hiking trails throughout. These are not to be missed. Nearby you will find Pittock Mansion, Hoyt Arboretum, The Portland Japanese Garden, and the Oregon Zoo. PET FRIENDLY: Small Dogs allowed with approval. **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
