The wonderful property sits on 7 acres, amazing views, and ready for complete serenity. There is a walking path on the property that leads to Jim Creek. We are 6 miles from Speelyai Bay boat launch on Merwin Lake, a Kayak and paddle-board are available at the property for your use. The property is 30 minutes from Ape Caves, 1.5 hours from Lower Lewis Falls, and in close proximity to many other well known hiking trails. Regardless of the plan, you won’t be able to help relaxing and enjoying the mountain views from the living room sofa, the patio, or enjoying the stars overhead in the evening.
There are three bedrooms and two bedrooms with a spacious living space. The bunk room is set up with a quiet reading nook, and toys for your kids. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
